Coordinator Portal

With this portal you can:

• Add children, set their priority and mark those who have left (Children)
• Add teachers, assign them to classes and grant coordinator or year supervisor access (Teachers)
• Match volunteers with children, then Publish to email everyone their schedule (Sessions)
• See every volunteer, their availability and their own children's classes (Volunteers)
• Set the year group priority order (Settings)

Year supervisors see the Children and Sessions pages for their year groups.
