Privacy Policy
This service is run by Jubilee PTA to support the school reading programme. Jubilee PTA is responsible for the data processed through this service. We take your privacy seriously.
Data we collect
We store your name, email address and phone number, and your reading session schedule. This is used only to run the programme and send relevant emails (e.g. session reminders, absence notifications).
Google Calendar
If you choose to connect your Google Calendar, we store access tokens so we can add your reading sessions to your chosen calendar. We only add sessions and absences; we do not read or change other events. Tokens are stored securely and you can disconnect at any time from the volunteer portal.
Who has access
Teachers of children in the programme, school coordinators and PTA coordinators can access the information needed to run the programme. Data is not shared with third parties except as needed for the service (e.g. email delivery).
Data retention
We keep data while it is needed for the reading programme, which may be across multiple academic years. Contact us if you would like your data removed.
