Privacy Policy
This service is run by Jubilee PTA to support the school reading programme. Jubilee PTA is responsible for the data processed through this service. We take your privacy seriously.
Data we collect
We store your name, email address and phone number, and your reading session schedule. This is used only to run the programme and send relevant emails (e.g. session reminders, absence notifications).
Calendar subscription
Volunteers can subscribe their own calendar app to a private link that lists their reading sessions (dates, times and the first names of the children they read with). The link contains a private code; anyone who has the link can see those sessions, so please don't share it. We don't connect to, read or change anything in your calendar.
Who has access
Teachers of children in the programme, school coordinators and PTA coordinators can access the information needed to run the programme. Data is not shared with third parties except as needed for the service (e.g. email delivery).
Data retention
We keep data while it is needed for the reading programme, which may be across multiple academic years. Contact us if you would like your data removed.
